Use a map result as a starting point
If several branches have similar names, compare their addresses first. A map or product listing helps find candidates; a registration record is a separate source to check.

Read both the publication and reference dates
- Find a post containing the register, rather than a pinned general notice.
- Check both the posting date and the reference date inside its attachment; they can differ.
- Read the attachment’s column names, then search for the shop name and address.
- Record the post title, data reference date, and your checking date.
Menus and file formats can change. Use the material currently provided on the official board rather than an old attachment reproduced on a blog.
Check that it is the same premises
Spacing and branch suffixes can vary. Compare street, building, floor, or unit information as available. If the source includes a registration identifier, record it too.
Do not treat branches at different addresses as one shop or mark a business verified merely because its name looks similar. Where identifying fields conflict, prepare a specific question for the business or responsible authority.
If you cannot find a matching entry
- Search parts of the name and the branch name separately.
- Try alternative address wording and check the register’s reference date.
- If it remains unresolved, record the source and business details and use an official enquiry channel.
A failed search alone does not establish unregistered or unlawful operation. Publication delays and different name or address formats can affect matching.
Questions the register cannot answer
Registration data does not establish today’s opening, note stock, final quote, or transaction conditions. Tell the shop which currency and amount you need, then confirm hours, required documents, and totals separately.
- Which branch can complete the transaction, and when?
- Can it provide the currency and note denominations needed?
- What will I pay or receive after separate charges?
